Delicious Avocado Sandwich



We all know the benefits of avocado, so many of the benefits of this fruit, but most often we hear is that the fat of an avocado is beneficial cholesterol lowering bad cholesterol (LDL) in our bodies, and good fats increase cholesterol (HDL ). But many people do not like this fruit because it is less tasty when eaten immediately. Therefore, here we will make a meal of delicious avocados that we eat without reducing benefits.

Meals that we will create is perfect for lunch at work or for school children.



Let's start, first of all is to prepare the material that we will use.

Ingredients (for 6 people) :
  • 6 pieces of Bread 
  • 6 avocado, peeled and cut into pieces  
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 
  • 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk 
  • 3 pieces of cheese slices  

Once the ingridients is available, then we started to make it. 

Process: 
  • First, mix the mayonnaise with condensed milk in a bowl, mix well and set aside.
  • Take a piece of bread, spread with mayonnaise mixture and milk that had been mixed, and arrange the avocado and cheese slices on top, then cover again with bread. (
    If you want, you can add some ingredients or seasonings, such as salt, or vegetables, it's up on your taste)
  • Avocado sandwich ready to serve.
